We're in the midst of remodeling the basement. Check it out here.

Some of these pictures are of before we moved in, and some are after!

The outside of the house. You can just barely make out the fieldstone around the double entry doors:

Here are 3 views of the Dining Room with Harry's mother's gorgeous furniture in there.

Some of the kitchen cabinets, part of the island, the UGLY wallpaper, and one of the diningroom windows:

The Dining Room, before Harry's Mother's furniture, with 1 side of the 2-sided fireplace, and part of the picture window:

It took me a long time to find a house with a livingroom big enough for a couch, entertainment center, fat-ass chair, ottoman and also 2 big desks with filing cabinets and computers:

That door leading outside actually leads to the screen porch, which Thomas likes too!

Here's a listing sheet sounding description:

2,500 sq. ft. custom ranch in N. Billerica, near the intersection of Rte 3 and I-495. Built in 1989.

Rooms:

Kitchen: 16x17, eat-in, island with overhang for stools, wood beams, wood cabinets, bay window, closet, pantry, side door outside, bland linoleum floor.

Diningroom: 18x19, wood beams, picture window, chair rail, has 1 side of the 2-sided field stone fireplace, carpet.

Livingroom: 20x19, wood beams, wood ceiling, other side of the 2-sided field stone fireplace, double aitrium doors going to huge screen porch, carpet.

Master Bedroom: 16x18, has private bathroom, 2 walk-in closets, carpet, picture window if I remember right.

Bedroom 1: 16x12, standard room with sliding door closet, carpet.

Bedroom 2: 13x12, standard room with sliding door closet, carpet.

Foyer: 11x9, tile floor, double doors out to field stone entry, 3 closets.

Baths: 2.5

Basement: full except for the part that the 1-car garage occupies, hook-up for wood stove, full size windows, regular back door outside, ideal for creating a walk-out. Front and back of the lot are fairly flat and is sloped along the sides of the house

Exterior: white vinyl siding, white aluminum trim, field stone entry.

Other perks: cental vac, central a/c, forced hot air heat on gas, subfloor glued to joists not just nailed, outlets are everywhere, gas stove. The only semi-annoying wallpaper is in the kitchen. 200 amp electrical, 2x6 exterior walls instead of the now standard 2x4, 30,245 sq ft lot, back of lot is wooded, screen porch has screening underneath too.
